DIGITAL MODEL
A high-detail, fully interactive three-dimensional visual model of a structure created to support remote visual review from multiple viewpoints. This deliverable allows users to zoom, rotate, and closely examine exterior features with a level of detail that often exceeds what can be safely achieved using ladders, lifts, or handheld photography.
3D Structural Digital Models are commonly used for historic preservation, exterior condition documentation, and complex equipment review where access is limited, or repetitive physical inspection is inefficient. By reducing the need for repeated site access, this approach helps save time, lower costs, and minimize safety risks while creating a clear, shareable visual record at a specific point in time.
